We offer elite personal training, group training on Saturdays for all, yoga, kickboxing, massage therapy, self defense classes and nutrition/meal plans. The gym is set in a welcoming family environment. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we go over every individual clients needs and personal goals from the start!
$40 for a hour training session
Star Fitness is a great gym! I have been working out with Mike Turner since November and have seen wonderful results. Mike worked with me on a meal plan and has tailored my work outs to meet my needs. The work outs never get repetitive and Mike knows how to motivate. Also, I love Saturday morning group classes and feel like everyone is family! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a life change or just wanting to take their work out to the next level. The staff is very knowledgeable and know how to meet every individual's needs!
Star Fitness has a cool and inviting atmosphere. This gym is fully equipped to kick your butt! When I began working out with Mike three years ago, I was a total beginner, out of shape and overweight. Mike fanned my tiny glimmer of hope into an all out passion for fitness. As a trainer, Mike has vision and fearlessness which can motivate you past your imagined limitations. I have lost 70 lbs and kept it off. I never dreamed that I would be as fit and strong as I am now. I am so glad that I had someone to show me that I could. A quote I read the other day reminded me of Mike, "Once your imagination is stretched by a new idea, it never returns to its original dimensions." I will never go back to the way I was before. I believe that your trainers vision for your potential can strongly impact your own vision. And I should add that working out with Mike is just plain fun!
Star Fitness is where you want to be if you are serious about getting fit. Mike Turner will motivate you to want to work out harder every time you walk through the door. He focuses on the idea that you are stronger than you think you are and helps you to learn how to push yourself to your limits. All this, while ensuring you learn technique and proper form. My training has been tailored to my strengths, as well as my weaknesses. I have had "trainers" in the past, but never one that made my workout specifically for me and what my muscles can handle. I have been training with Mike for about 6 months and never want to stop. The results are amazing!
